2. Service overview
nutritions.club provides nutrition club management software for coaches, admins, wellness businesses, and clients. Features may include member management, meal plans, attendance, health readings, invoices, cashback workflows, challenges, notifications, and branded deployments.
3. Tenant responsibilities
Tenant organizations are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter, the permissions they grant to users, their customer relationships, their legal basis for processing health-related or personal data, and any notices or consents required under applicable law.
4. User accounts
Users must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials confidential, and promptly notify us or the tenant administrator of suspected unauthorized access.
5. Health and wellness disclaimer
nutritions.club is software for organizing nutrition club operations and wellness coaching workflows. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Coaches and tenants are responsible for professional advice they provide.
6. Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, infringe intellectual property, harass others, violate law, or use the platform in a way that disrupts service reliability or security.
7. Fees and billing
Pricing may be provided through custom proposals, subscriptions, setup fees, or service agreements. Billing terms, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation rights should be defined in the applicable order form or written agreement.
8. Intellectual property
The Nutritions.club platform, brand, software, design, content, and underlying technology are owned by Mind Yards Solutions Private Limited or its licensors. Tenant data remains subject to the applicable customer agreement and privacy terms.
9. Third-party services
The service may integrate with hosting, analytics, communication, payment, app store, or infrastructure providers. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability may vary due to maintenance, updates, network issues, third-party providers, or events outside our control. Features may change as the product improves.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, nutritions.club and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
